INDIVIDUAL COACHING
We believe everyone has a role to play in advancing JEDI, and one-on-one coaching is essential to embody these values and weave them into the fabric of your organization. We provide monthly coaching sessions over a 6-12 month periods that are tailored for your role, experience, and background:

We focus on helping people of color grow their leadership and voice, navigate whiteness and white fragility, develop work/life balance, and build strong teams and interpersonal relationships, so they can thrive in their positions.
